Community Clinic:

• Email and phone reminders
• Scheduling of faculty and patients
• Management of Community Clinic email

Doctor in Physical Therapy Graduate Program:

• Organize and update clinical site information in Exxat
• Uploading and organizing student files and documentation 
• Scanning and organizing clinical education documents (on site)
• Updating Excel Clinical Education Trackers

Qualifications For the position are listed below:

• Students who qualify for Federal Work Study program
• High personal motivation, self-management, meticulous attention to detail, and an ability to work under supervision
• Excellent interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills, with an ability to work in large office setting
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Excel and Word
• Comfortable learning new software
