Key Responsibilities:
Data entry: Play a crucial role by accurately entering and maintaining vital research data in databases and spreadsheets
Scheduling: Be the organizational backbone by coordinating and managing schedules for important meetings, interviews, and research activities.
Fielding Calls: Serve as the first point of contact for research participants, providing essential information and answering inquiries.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks including preparing documents, organizing files, and managing correspondence, all while learning the ins and outs of research administration.
Communication: Enhance your communication skills by interacting effectively with research team members, participants, and other stakeholders.

- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact professionally with research participants and team members
- Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bicultural and/or bilingual in Spanish
