The Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Outreach (DIO) is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and creative student staff member who demonstrates a commitment to diversity and social justice, can manage multiple specialized projects, and enjoys working as part of a team. This position supports the initiatives of the DIO office through the duties listed below & others as assigned. The role follows a hybrid work schedule, approximately 10 hours per week & will be compensated between $30/hour.
Duties include supporting the following activities:
Assist in the management of SON climate and inclusion-related data
Editing and uploading new information to the DIO website,
Analyzing and helping with the dissemination of outcomes.
Participating in action research related to diversifying SON
Creating dashboards for past and current data relevant to DIO
Assistance at DIO student events
Qualifications:
UCSF student (in good academic standing)
Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong Internet and research skills, including familiarity with Qualtrics
Experience working with and/or working knowledge of historically excluded and/or disadvantaged communities
Former/Current experience in student activism & leadership, intercultural work, or social justice programming
Required Qualifications:
Enrollment in a graduate degree program at the University of California, San Francisco.
Work-study eligibility
