$30 an hour
Commitment may range from 5–20 hours per week, as agreed upon with the Graduate Division Data Manager.
The Graduate Division Data Assistant will be responsible for updating the career information for graduate student and postdoc alumni, through curation of survey responses and online searches (Google, LinkedIn) and classifying employers and job titles according to a predefined system (see: https://graduate.ucsf.edu/program-statistics). This data collection is part of a high-profile international initiative to improve transparency of educational outcomes ( http://nglscoalition.org/). The candidate will work with a collaborative and innovative team, using Zoom meetings, Microsoft Teams, and other cloud-based tools. This position is a Federal Work Study award provided to students who demonstrate financial need and are U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents.
