Both PHEAA & Granite State Federal Loan Servicers have announced they will stop servicing federal student loans. The Department of Education has announced that PHEAA borrowers will be transferred to MOHELA and Granite State borrowers will be transferred to Edfinancial. For more details on how the transition will occur please view the update on studentaid.gov
Navient has also announced it will no longer service federal student loans, and their replacement loan servicer will be Maximus under the name Aidvantage
