Following the launch of the 2025–26 FAFSA® form, Federal Student Aid will be extending contact center hours to accommodate FAFSA-related inquiries.
Monday: 8 a.m.–9 p.m. Eastern time (ET)
FAFSA support available until 10 p.m. ET
Tuesday–Wednesday: 8 a.m.–8 p.m. ET
FAFSA support available until 10 p.m. ET
Thursday–Friday: 8 a.m.–6 p.m. ET
FAFSA support available until 10 p.m. ET (except on Nov. 29, 2024)
Saturday–Sunday: Closed
FAFSA support available noon–5 p.m. ET on Saturdays
Closed on all federal holidays.
