Financial Aid Disbursement
How Funds are Disbursed
All students are required to sign-up for Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) for their Federal Direct (Stafford) and Grad PLUS and University funds. Failure to sign-up may result in the delays and inconveniences associated with mailing.
To Complete this EFT process you must do two things:
1. Go to bosebill.salliemae.com/NetPay/Templates/849/frameset849.html. You will need your MyAccess user ID, your checking or savings account number, and routing number to complete this process.
2. Additionally, you must complete a Student Direct Deposit Request Form.
Direct Deposit of Funds
Direct deposit of financial aid to your bank account is available to all financial aid, including Direct (Stafford) and Graduate Plus Loans!
* Students must clear all registration holds (e.g., financial aid, student health, student accounting, etc.) and register by the registration deadline for that quarter in order to qualify for direct deposit of funds by the disbursement date.

Requirements for Disbursement
Before Financial Aid Can Be Released:
- You must accept or decline your awards.
- You must be registered in the quarter for which funds are to be received.
- All holds must be cleared.
