3. Submit parental information on the FAFSA by March 2, 2012. If parents are separated or divorced, one can submit information on the FAFSA; the other or both may complete the Parent Information Form. Information submitted by March 2 can be estimates. (ONLY if applying for HHS funding for dental, medical, or pharmacy)
4. Parent's Federal Tax forms or Non-filer Certification: Due May 7, 2012. (ONLY if applying for HHS funding for dental, medical, or pharmacy)
Self-Supporting Program Students:
MEPN**, IDP, DPT (Clinical), CPBR, MAS, Biomedical Imaging Master's,  Nursing Post Master's, & Global Health Sciences

Entering Students: As soon as admitted*
